We produce everything you see at the bakery at our production facility just around the corner from the Bakery. Our bakers work through the night so that we can all enjoy freshly baked scones, muffins, breads every day. Once products have cooled, we “ship” them one block via truck – or we walk them over if it’s just a small batch.
