Our Gluten Free Buns taste and look just like traditional artisan buns, but are made without wheat flour. Baked fresh every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

CAUTION: Made in a facility which also produces products with eggs, nuts, soya lecithin, dairy, sesame seeds, wheat gluten, sulphites, and mustard seeds.

Description

Flour mix (Corn starch. rice flour. soya protein concentrate, sugar, psyllium, xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, salt. dextrose, sugar beet syrup, ground roasted lentils, yeast extract. lactic acid, grape concentrate, sodium diacetate, enzymes), water, yeast, canola oil.
