Our Gluten Free French Bread tastes and looks just like traditional artisan breads, but is made without wheat flour. Baked fresh every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Flour mix (Corn starch. rice flour. soya protein concentrate, sugar, psyllium, xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, salt. dextrose, sugar beet syrup, ground roasted lentils, yeast extract. lactic acid, grape concentrate, sodium diacetate, enzymes), water, yeast, canola oil.
Please note: All Invermere Bakery products are made in a facility that also produces products with eggs, nuts, soya, lecithin, dairy, sesame seeds, wheat gluten, sulphites, mustard seeds.
